Having a web presence is as essential in today's market place as having a telephone number. However, having an expensive, complicated site is NOT essential. While there are still some people who look for goods and services in the phone book or classified ads, most use the internet to "Let their  'mouse' do the walking". I know that when I've been looking for a service online, I will skip over listings that do not have a website. People use the internet to search for a wide range of goods and services such as finding a church home, a counselor, plumber, contractor, or massage therapist.
